A fascinating bus tour through Berlin to places where the Wall used to stand. A location scout and a film scholar explain historical and contemporary coherencies while showing film and documentary excerpts, shot at the respective sites, on bus monitors.

The interfilm academy is back for the second year running, hosted by the 25th International Short Film Festival Berlin. With a range of lectures, workshops and panel discussions, interfilm academy offers filmmakers, students and newcomers to the media industry the opportunity to grasp the basics, fill in knowledge gaps and gain profound insights into a variety of contemporary themes related to filmmaking. Each of the events will be led by experts and are completely free of charge. industry day will be held on Saturday, 7 November. Beginning with a delicious brunch and an informal get together, the all-day programme features presentations by representatives from film schools, further education institutions, service providers and production companies. industry day provides foreign and local film industry professionals and newcomers with the chance to mingle and network in a relaxed atmosphere.
