Directors
Born in Iran in 1995, Aida studied film at Tehran University of Art, where she earned her bachelor's degree in screenwriting. Aida has directed four short fiction films that have been screened at numerous festivals around the world. In summer 2021 she was a participant of the VFBbB (Filmmakers Residency - Filmhaus Basel). As a DAAD scholarship holder, she is currently studying film and visual communication at the Academy of Media Arts in Cologne (KHM), where she is developing her debut film “Thank you, Ana!”.
