Directors
Jörn Staeger was born in 1965 in Berlin and is a German filmmaker with over 30 years of experience in the film industry. Since 1979, he has created approximately 30 of his own short films. After completing his studies at the University of Fine Arts in Hamburg from 1984 to 1991, where he earned a degree in Visual Communication/Film, he specialized in working as a cinematographer and filmmaker for TV, theater, and cinema.
Since 1990, Jörn Staeger has also worked as a producer, leading the production company Staeger-Film (www.staeger-film.de), which focuses on innovative and artistic film productions. With his extensive experience in the industry, he has supported numerous projects and brought new ideas to the German film scene.
