On a hot summer's day in Berlin-Neukölln, Şirin drives her red Citroen AX to her childhood friend Banu to pick up her aunt Bihar. Queer women play basketball, sit in front of a convenience store, impressions of the migrantized district. Banu celebrates a scholarship, while Şirin is sad about a rejection. In the evening, Bihar comforts Şirin with a song. The next day, they take a trip to the countryside, where family secrets come to light during an excursion. Once there, Şirin tries to teach Bihar how to ride a bike, they go to the lake and remember Bihar's village. In the water, Şirin holds her non-swimming aunt in her arms. At dinner in the cottage, an argument about children and queerness arises. In the garden, they sort out their feelings and memories when Bihar reveals that she also had feelings for a girl. The next morning, Şirin dances on a hill while Bihar hangs out the washing. They drive off into the distance together.
