PL 02 New Polish Animation - Beyond Imagination

The new Polish animated film is devoted to figures trapped in a modern world that has become incomprehensible and the conflicts that result from this state of affairs. It depicts nuanced generational conflicts that erupt in private and individuals who lose themselves in the everyday grind of work. The focus here is never on forming a final judgement of “the real”, too much remains uncertain – not least in order to be able to draw in the viewer as well, for whom cinema has increasingly become an escape from reality in recent years.
