Milena Hemmer

Milena Hemmer works in TOBIS Film’s development department. After her M.A. in Cultural Studies at Berlin’s Humboldt-Universität, she joined the TOBIS acquisitions team in 2014 and travelled to international film markets and festivals, where she was in charge of acquisitions such as box office hits TWO IS A FAMILY and BAD MOMS as well as critically acclaimed films like Pablo Larraín’s JACKIE or JULIETA by Pedro Almodóvar and many more. In 2019, after 6 years in acquisitions, she transitioned to TOBIS’ production team where she now develops national and international theatrical films and high-end series.

Michael Fetter Nathansky

Michael Fetter Nathansky is a writer and director. Since 2013 he has been studying Directing at the Film University Babelsberg KONRAD WOLF. His Bachelor film GABI opened the Berlinale section Perspektive Deutsches Kino in 2017 and won the German Short Film Award. In 2018, he founded the production company Contando Films together with Virginia Martin and Anna-Sophie Philippi. His first feature YOU TELL ME was nominated for the First Steps Award, won several prices and will be screened in German cinemas in autumn 2020.

 

Sven Taddicken

Sven Taddicken is a German director and writer. In 1996 he began his studies at the Film Academy Baden-Württemberg. In 1999 his short film SCHÄFCHEN ZÄHLEN is nominated for the Student Oscar. 2003 EINFACH SO BLEIBEN receives the German short film award in gold. His debut feature MEIN BRUDER DER VAMPIR (2002) won several awards at international festivals and his second feature EMMAS GLÜCK (2006) was shown successfully in cinemas throughout Europe. GLEISSENDES GLÜCK was screened in competition at the Karlovy Vary International Film Festival in 2016 and won the FIPRESCI-award as well as the Europa Cinemas Label award. DAS SCHÖNSTE PAAR celebrated its premiere in 2018 at the Toronto International Film Festival.
