Andrea Schwemmer

Voice & Body Awareness

Andrea Schwemmer studied theatre, film studies and acting in Berlin and was a member of several renowned theatre ensembles. She has been part of interfilm Berlin since 2007, currently as Senior Programmer and Jury Coordinator. In addition to that she is a Senior Programmer for the Shorts Section of the Arab Film Festival San Francisco, co-programmes the midlength films competition at the Filmfestival Max Ophüls Preis and is Head of Jury Coordination there as well. She works as an acting coach for the Young Talents Acting School, gives pitching trainings i.a. for the DFFB Berlin and KUKI Filmfestival and emcees screenings and award ceremonies at international festivals and institutions.

Gabriele Brunnenmeyer

Pitch Training

Gabriele Brunnenmeyer is a script mentor, project consultant and pitching coach. After starting as a journalist and film critic, Gabriele works in various fields within the film

industry. She was running the MEDIA Antenna Berlin-Brandenburg, has been an artistic advisor for the Maia Workshops, developing events including Connecting Cottbus, IDM Film Conference Incontri in South-Tyrol and currently MDM’s Meet Your Neighbour in Leipzig. In the last 14 years, Gabriele served as a project advisor for the talent film section of Kuratorium Junger Deutscher Film. Alongside consulting on script development, packaging, and pitching for individual projects, she consults for the First Films First script development programme, Midpoint Feature Launch, Baltic Pitching Forum, FilmProSeriesEA, Interfilm Script Pitch, Berlinale and SarajevoTalents among others.

Sandra Stöckmann

Script Lab - Script Development

Sandra Stöckmann studied in Bonn, Buenos Aires and Berlin. She holds a degree in political sciences and another one in scriptwriting from DFFB. As a part of the writers‘ collective Q3, she writes scripts for series, feature films, short films. When writing she is fascinated by the contradictions of people. Why do we do what we do? Why are we who we are? Hers are no black-and-white stories but they have many shades and always an eye on our constantly changing society. She wrote the short film NACKT, the third, fourth and fifth seasons of the youth web series DRUCK and a docu drama about Angela Merkel and the refugees.

Marijana Verhoef

Script Lab - Script Development

Marijana Verhoef is a Berlin based writer, dramatist and director. She graduated in Dramaturgy and Creative Writing at the Faculty of Dramatic Arts in Belgrade and has finalized her traineeship as a Story Editor at TorinoFilmLab. Her plays premiered at numerous theatres such as Düsseldorfer Schauspielhaus, Augsburg Theater and Maxim Gorki Theater and she has been also working with diverse storytelling formats, including animation, soundwalks and short documentaries. Verhoef is currently studying film directing at the German Academy for Film and Television Berlin.
