Synopsis:
Victoria sits in a wheelchair, while Ida works as her assistant. Like Ida, she would like to feel closeness and love. The two decide to create a Tinder profile for her, for Victoria would finally like to feel alive.

1. Short Film has a unique way of telling stories and exploring themes. What is it that fascinates you about the short format?

Jimmy Olsson: It’s a lot easier to make a short film happen. Even if its difficult to make a good one, its still easier financially.

2. The program your film is selected for is called “Step Into the Void”: What connection do you see between your film and that title?

Jimmy Olsson: Oh I dont know really. Void could mean some kind of uncertainty and that itself could resonate with the ending of my film.

3. What film has inspried you most to make films yourself and what part of it do you see in your own work?

Jimmy Olsson: Breaking the waves was the film that opened my eyes when I was 16 and I liked the rawness and the realism of it and I try to incorporate that when I make films
