Europe caught between passion and decay: In 9 short films, the program gathers entertaining and explosive statements on the topics of freedom of speech and freedom of the press, political conduct, religious conflicts, poverty and people seeking refuge. Outbursts of rage are by no means spared, police violence escalates into comedy, and the revolution simply requires participation.
