IC 08 The Inevitability Of Tomorrow

On a quest somewhere far away, or perched on the hamster wheel in front of the tube: sure, we can determine some things about today, but it's anybody's guess what will happen tomorrow. The fact that tomorrow seems unavoidable is – for better or worse – first of all the complicating circumlocution of an everyday occurrence. At the same time, it is the beauty of language, the love of detail. And if tomorrow a family member should depart, if the secret police come knocking, if we can't get our act together or get stranded in a foreign land, then tomorrow's consequences still remain inscrutable.
