EV 10 Winning Films

How do we measure one artwork against another? What is a good film, and is that even relevant at all? It turns out it totally isn't. Whether it's a mobile phone video or Citizen Kane: what you like is good, quite subjectively, quite honestly, quite simply. But a film festival wouldn't be a real film festival if there weren't a few prizes handed out at the end. So, which films did the juries honour?
