IC 04 Echoes of Elsewhere

Rojava: in the midst of an unrelenting drought, a girl sets off on a brave journey carrying a jerrycan. In Turkey, a student is convinced the new teacher at school is actually her absent father, while an entire orchestra vanishes into thin air in Russia. Two boys at a summer camp face a gruelling admission ritual, and the thoughts of a comatose teenager can't help but dwell on the party that changed everything. Moving and gripping – stories that tell of courage, family secrets and inner worlds.

All films will be shown in their original language with English subtitles.
