MIYU 01 Queering – Distribution Showcase

LGBTI+ and queer themes take over the screen in the "Queering" program, assembled by Miyu Distribution. In particular, young talents from animation schools devote themselves to queer stories – brave, visionary and original. Animated short films speak in vibrant colours and sensual images. They celebrate the strength of female, lesbian, intersex, non-binary, transexual and asexual individuals, they tell tragic love stories and accompany young people in their search for identity and a sense of belonging. Quirky, crazy, more than a little witty and most definitely moving.

All films will be shown in their original language with English subtitles.
