BIKE Bike Shorts

From the beat-up e-bike in the hood experiencing gentrification to wild downhill chases in Columbia and Canada: Bike Shorts shows the bicycle as a scene and site of anger, liberation and self-empowerment. Sometimes poetic, sometimes absurd, sometimes rebellious – between everyday madness, social conflicts and an anarchic desire for movement, the bike becomes a symbol of resistance and freedom. Because cycling has always been more than just a simple means of locomotion.
