Thea Kummeth

Thea Kummeth studied Management and Technology in Munich with a focus on marketing and informatics. She has been part of easyDCP GmbH for many years, immersing herself in all aspects of the digital cinema world. Today, she is responsible for event, social media, and marketing management, having previously handled first level support for easyDCP, sales & website analytics, content creation, and represented the company at major international film industry trade shows.

Richard Kummeth

Richard Kummeth is the Managing Director of easyDCP GmbH, a subsidiary of Richtwerk GmbH that distributes and supports the industry-leading easyDCP mastering tools. He has long been active in the business of cinema digitization – from digital cinema advertising to software solutions like easyDCP – and previously served as Managing Director of DCP-Germany GmbH, a platform for digital content delivery and KDM management for cinemas.

Carsten Feldheim

Carsten Feldheim studied media technology in Hamburg. There he gained experience as a technician in the studio, in event technology and on the film set. After graduating, he joined the Fraunhofer Institute in Erlangen as an engineer, where he played a key role in the development of easyDCP in the Digital Cinema department and was ultimately responsible for the integration of Davinci Resolve and Dolby Atmos. Today, Carsten Feldheim works as a software developer and advises film and post-production studios on mastering digital cinema.

Casper Gottliebsen

Casper Gottliebsen is a skilled media technician with over 20 years of experience in the field of audio-visual systems, digital media, and technical support. He has a Bachelor's degree in Film History from the University of Bristol, which is known for its culturally influential media history. He started his career as a media technician at a small production company, managing audio-visual equipment for film sets and events while developing video editing skills and an interest in visual communication. As a long-time cinema and festival projectionist, he witnessed the shift from 35mm film to digital, gaining firsthand insight into the financial and logistical challenges of digitalization.

Andreas Langbein

Andreas Langbein studied Informatics: Games Engineering at the Technical University of Munich, where he later took over as lecturer for several years. He published scientific papers at international conferences and contributed to EU-funded projects on medical augmented reality for surgical procedures. Following this, he worked as a freelance developer all around the industry for Facebook, BMW, and others. After a final detour into the space industry, developing software modules for the International Space Station, he transitioned into the field of digital cinema, taking on the role of project lead for the easyDCP software suite, where he’s overseeing product roadmap development and customer requirements. In addition to his technical career, he worked as a freelance journalist, writing articles for tech-magazines with a focus on personal experiences and How-To Guides.
