Synopsis:
Young Manuela dreams of winning the competition for „Best National Costume“ in honour of the Independence Day celebrations at her school. Meanwhile, her older brother Gabo takes the risk of demonstrating against the brutal, military dictatorship under General Augusto Pinochet on the streets.
