Synopsis:

1983 in Manhattan. Born to a Turkish father and an absent Korean mother, Moon is struggling to find her place in the world. While her idol David Bowie plays a concert a few blocks a way, Moon helps her dad run a 24/7 grocery store and dreams of being a gorgeous shape-shifting popstar like Bowie too.
