Glacier's Requiem
For three weeks, modular synthesis composer Colloboh works alone on Iceland’s remote Snæfellsnes Peninsula, recording melting ice and the surrounding sea and shaping these sounds into simple compositions. As the glacier slowly recedes, the film observes how sound, landscape and human presence intersect, offering a meditation on ecological change and the shifting ways fragile environments are understood and claimed.
