Johan is the newly appointed chairman of the gender equality group at the theater. In his first meeting with the actor ensemble, he acknowledges his racist and sexist prejudices in order to create a starting point for discussion in the group. It starts a chain reaction that cannot be stopped.
A film about #metoo, gender equality and racism, that takes every misstep along the way, but ultimately opens up the room for discussion that Johan tries so unsuccessfully and awkwardly to create.
