Synopsis:
Duy Em and her father Ba talk about an incident in which he was racially discriminated against. Duy Em asks why he didn't fight back and refuses to accept his resigned attitude. When Ba tells the story of his journey to Germany as a boat people, it becomes clear that his experiences over the last 40 years have had a huge impact on his perception of injustice.
