Sometimes, in a sea of films, one appears and changes everything, being unlike any other film. It can have a setting as classic as a stalled elevator or a genre as ubiquitous as the detective film, but in the end, flashes of inspiration and fine points are what set this film apart. FRESH & FAR-OUT favors the asynchronous, celebrates the outtake, and cheers on the idiosyncratic film format.
