The ideas of a binary gender system are still widespread. But every person is unique and thus creates diversity in society. Diversity, equal opportunities and inclusion are therefore not merely nice conveniences. Especially for the future of modern societies, it becomes important that creativity and cohesion can emerge anew from the acceptance of diversity. Diversity is everyone's business!
