An encounter, a noise, a right hook—sometimes a little thing is enough to initiate a chain reaction that throws a carefully maintained system completely off kilter. Without warning, the protagonists of these films experience breakouts, setbacks and sucker-punches, and the task at hand becomes finding a way out, if one exists.
