KUKI 2012
KUKI – the 5th International Short Film Festival for Children and Youth Berlin drew 4,800 young (and not-so-young) cinema buffs to the movie theatres at Filmtheater am Friedrichshain, 3,200 of which were pupils attending diverse school programmes.
One of the most popular KUKI programmes proved to be the English Foreign Language programme, “What’s Up?” which attracted an audience of approximately 430.
In addition, the Opening Matinee kicked-off with 320 fans, while the 8 + competition programme was a clear winner with an audience of 500 children!
