A mysterious virus hiding just under the skin, a dark hut from which there is no apparent escape, and sounds…those creaky, creepy night sounds groaning from somewhere in the house that force us against our better judgment to take a squinting look. Horror films slip between our primordial fears and irrational paranoia, between genre and psychogram. NIGHTMARES! returns this year to again toss us into an abyss of fear and dread, sure to leave spectators compellingly dazed when the final credits roll.
