One-and-a-half years full of change, uncertainty and setting out to new digital shores lie behind us now. These trying times have shown that theatres and cinemas remain so incredibly valuable as social spaces for new experiences and exchange. On 16 November, we intend to make a strong return to the city's big screens with the 37th edition of interfilm – and cordially invite you to our festive opening ceremony at the Volksbühne. Moderated by Brenda Jorde, with musical accompaniment from Gute Katze, Böse Katze, this evening marks the beginning of a week full of special, entertaining and challenging short films, workshops, master classes and events.
